I generally book projects 1-2 months in advance, but sometimes I book as far as 3-4 months in advance. Get in touch as soon as you know you’re ready to work together and plan ahead where possible!

Ideally yes! Having these ready before I start designing means that I’ll be able to design a website that reflects your brand from the beginning, and keeps your key brand messaging at the forefront to increase conversions and connections.
If you don’t have them ready yet, you can still book your website project in advance, and I can share resources, website copywriters and photographers who can support you with your copy and photography. One you have these in place we can start your website!

All projects require a 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The remaining cost will be split into monthly instalments. Note that all payments are due before I send any final files. If you prefer, you can also pay the full balance at the beginning of your project.

Short answer: it depends.
Custom design is an investment in your business. If you’re still in your first or second year of business and find yourself experimenting/changing things frequently, you’ll benefit most from gaining a better understanding of your offers, audience, and brand story first before moving forward with custom design.
If you’re unsure, feel free to fill out my project application form anyway. If it looks like we’re a good fit, I’ll set up a discovery call with you!

I offer VIP Design Days, which are awesome because you’re not chained to a monthly payment plan. You can book me only when you need something specific, like additional marketing collateral, website updates, new pages, or something else.

To launch your website, you’ll need to purchase your own Squarespace hosting and subscription (I recommend the Business Plan), domain hosting, and set up your business email address.
If you have a shop, you may need to upgrade your Squarespace plan or purchase e-commerce integrations, and if we’re designing print collateral, you’ll cover the costs of printing.
