VIP Design Days are an expedited experience that cuts the waiting game and delivers the elevated Squarespace sales pages and website updates your brand needs.
You love what you do, but what you don’t like so much? Updating your website and brand collateral.
You need assets that really speak to your people— design that is equal parts strategic and just like you. You’re seeking a designer who will ask thoughtful questions, structure the process, bring efficiency and joy, and help you achieve what you’re so ready to accomplish.
Sometimes, as much as you’d like to get to it all yourself, as a business owner who’s not about the hustle (or getting into things outside your zone of genius), you just don’t have the time, space, desire, or energy to hit all the items on your design to-do list.
As much as you can (or want to) update your own assets, it’s kind of the best thing ever to have a designer in your corner who will keep you attached to your brand focus and vision, while updating the design assets you need help with, asap.

Your Questions Answered

Nope, but I do ask that you are available to log in and give prompt feedback when needed. The more available you are, the more we can get through. It’s key in a Design Day to make fast, efficient decisions so we can move forward purposefully.

Contact me at least 2-3 weeks ahead of when you’d want to work together. I’m more likely to have dates available, and you’ll have plenty of time to gather your materials ahead of our day.

To reserve your day, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at contract signing, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before your Design Day. You also have the option to pay the full balance at time of booking.

You’ll have to provide your design punch list in priority order. I will begin with the first item on your list and get as far as I can in 8 hours. If we’re working on anything for your website, I’ll need your branding assets (logo, colours, imagery, fonts) and the copy for all pages we’re working on. If you don’t have branding or need copywriting support, let me know and we can discuss potential options.

Yes! You’ll receive 7 days of post-Design Day support via Voxer or email, weekends excluded. During this time window, if you need minor changes, I’ve included up to 1 hour of design revisions. Any major changes will require you to book another half or full day.

Nope! Squarespace is my preferred platform.

Head over to my brand and website experience page to learn more about working with me in this capacity. Design Days are best for smaller scale work, like creating 1-pager websitess, updating copy and images, or creating a medium-length sales page.

Because I have select availability for Design Days, I do not offer refunds. Keep in mind that when you reserve that day, I’m saying no to other commitments. If you’re not able to make your scheduled day, you can reschedule one time within 90 days of your original Design Day. Please note you’ll need to provide at least 5 days notice to reschedule. Otherwise, you’ll face a rescheduling fee.
