To kick off our project together, we’ll spend 90 minutes uncovering your business's true heart and discuss your brand and website desires in more depth so the design phase is shaped by your voice, values and vision.

Designed to help you write effective website copy that connects. I’ll then pass your words over to one of my trusted copywriters who will review and fine-tune your words to ensure you’re resonating with the right people.

Up to 8 custom pages designed on Squarespace, optimised and built with user experience and accessibility in mind so that you can feel confident updating it, and your ideal clients can find what they need.

To ensure your website is found by Google, I’ll check your page descriptions are in place, headings are structured correctly and alt text is added to images for accessibility.

To help you acclimate to core Squarespace features (if you haven’t used it previously), you get 30 days of email support plus a video tutorial library.

Your Brand Essence Workshop is more than a website strategy call, but is a guided recalibration of your whole digital foundation where you’ll connect with what grounds you, what drives you, and where your brand is headed next.

Reshape
With a clear foundational strategy in place, we move into co-creating your new online home from the inside out, starting with your website words.
You’ll receive either my copywriting template to complete, or done-for-you copy from one of my copywriter partners to help you articulate what you want to say. I’ll then start shaping the visual experience, using UX-informed wireframes to ensure your brand essence is channelled from soul to screen before shifting to the build phase on Squarespace.

Reveal
As we complete the website and ensure your brand is communicated with intention, we’ll get to work on preparing things for launch so you can share your magic with those who need it most.
You’ll receive video tutorials if you’ve never used Squarespace before, plus I’ll be around for a month afterwards to answer any questions that crop up.

You’ll need to gather your website images and copy before any design work starts.
You’ll be given my website copywriting guide if you’re not working with a copywriter, which will need to be filled in before any design work starts. Done-for-you copywriting is also available as an add-on.
To launch your website, you’ll need to purchase your own Squarespace hosting and subscription, domain hosting, and set up your business email address.

Once we set a start date and you’ve signed our contract, a non-refundable £500 deposit will be required to secure your project spot.
The remaining cost will be split evenly across 3 months, or you can pay in full. Note that while you’ll gain access to your website by the end of your project, admin ownership will not be transferred to you until full payment has been received.

The three weeks keeps the project focused, but the timeline will be extended by 2-4 weeks if there are any extras needed like branding, done-for-you copywriting, or if a more complex website setup is needed.
If life happens outside of our control, the timeline can be extended by a maximum of 2 weeks.

If you’re not running a complicated business, your website doesn’t need to be complicated either. I’ve found Squarespace to be the most accessible, secure and user-friendly platform that’s easy for clients to maintain.
I don’t design in Wix as it’s an Israeli-owned company. If your business requires a platform like Wordpress, I can recommend other designers to get in touch with.

Absolutely! You’ll get video tutorials and 30 days of post-launch support. Plus Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly so you don’t need to rely on me for future updates (unless you want to!)

It depends. Custom design is an investment in your business. If you’re still in your first or second year of business and find yourself experimenting/changing things frequently, you’ll benefit most from gaining a better understanding of your offers, audience, and brand story first before moving forward with The Catalyst.
