What is a VIP Design Day?

VIP Design Days are where I can give you and your business my full, undivided attention for a whole day so we can work through your design task wishlist together.

While I really love working with clients over a longer period of time to really get to know the ins and outs of their business, VIP Design Days are great if you're in a time crunch with smaller design tasks on your mind, and want to be able to make progress within your business in a short amount of time.

What can we do during a Design Day?

Within the space of 8 hours, things that VIP Design Days are great for include:

Designing sales pages for your next course, event, workshop etc
Add new pages and update content on existing websites
Creating pricing and client welcome guides
Branded marketing collateral, such as business stationery and social graphics

Who are VIP Design Days good for?

VIP Design Days will be a good fit for you if:

You’re an established coach or wellness service provider who needs something launched soon
You’re launching a new course, webinar or podcast and need an impactful sales page/landing page.
You love my style of design work
You have a clear vision of what you want and need design support to turn those visions into reality.
You're ready to uplevel your existing Squarespace website and not feel embarrassed to send potential clients to it.

VIP Design Days won't be a good fit for you if:

You aren't on Squarespace (if we're working on a website project)
You don't already have some branding in place (e.g. colours, logo, fonts) or brand guidelines.
You don't know what you need
You want a full custom 5-8 page website or E-commerce website
You're looking for a full branding project or brand strategy

What’s the process?

Step 1: Book a discovery call

We'll talk through the design wishlist you have in mind and to see whether a design day will be a good fit. I'll also let you know what my next available date is and set expectations for how much we'll be able to get done.

Step 2: Design Day Prep

After the call, I'll send a contract and deposit invoice to secure your chosen date. Once officially booked in, you'll receive a welcome email with the next steps and a Design Day prep guide.

Step 3: Strategy Call

A few days before your chosen date, we'll jump on a call to review your prep work, plan out the priorities for the day and answer any follow-up questions.

Step 4: Your VIP Design Day

Your day will run between 9am-5pm UK time, and I'll focus only on your task list for the entire day. I'll check in with you periodically to show progress and to gather your feedback. We'll communicate using Voxer or email during the day.

Step 5: Design Day Support Period

Each Design Day comes with 5 days post-support via email or Voxer, where you can ask me any questions related to the work completed on your day.
