Carmen Spagnola is Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Trauma Recovery Practitioner who helps people face, release and resolve personal and intergenerational trauma histories.
With the release of her first cookbook, The Spirited Kitchen, in 2022 and with the creation of a new online community, The Numinous Network, she was looking to create an artisanal-looking, clean and refined brand that reflected who she is, her values and the impactful work she offers to clients.
