Consultation Call
Once you’ve filled out the application, we’ll jump on a 20-minute call to get an idea of your business and website goals, learn more about you, and for me to share my process and answer any questions you have.

Brand Essence Workshop
Together, we’ll unearth the heart and soul of your brand, focusing on where you’re at, where you want to go, and who you want to help along the way. These moments are where strategy meets soul, stuffy corporate jargon goes out the window, and you feel a deep reconnection to the work you love. After the workshop, I’ll produce a website roadmap with clear next steps to build your website with intention.

Week One: Prep
During the first week, using my tried-and-tested website framework, I'll design a site mockup that's pretty AND strategic – and intentionally designed to move your clients seamlessly through your online experience, straight to your 'Book Now' button.

Week Two: Alchemize
In week two, I enter my creative cave and develop the full site in Squarespace, bringing your vision to life. The full site will be handed to you by Wednesday afternoon, ready for you to review on Thursday and share any edits. While you focus on serving your clients, I'll sort the behind-the-scenes bits – from SEO tweaks to seamlessly integrating your booking system.

The Grand Unveiling
We'll ensure your new site launches and immediately soars, with a proven launch strategy designed to have your ideal clients clicking 'refresh' for more the second the new site goes live – so you can ride that momentum of a fresh upgrade and show the world who you really are. You’ll also receive video walkthroughs of how to use and edit the site moving forward, plus 30 days of tech support via email.

I generally book projects 1-2 months in advance to give you time to prep. Get in touch as soon as you know you’re ready to work together and plan ahead where possible!

Ideally yes! Having these ready before I start designing means that I’ll be able to design a website that reflects your brand from the beginning, and keeps your key brand messaging at the forefront to increase conversions and connections.
If you don’t have them ready yet, you can book the premium experience, to add branding and copywriting to your project. Once you have these in place, we can start your website!

To launch your website, you’ll need to purchase
your own Squarespace subscription (I recommend the Business Plan)

If you have a shop, you may need to upgrade your Squarespace plan or purchase e-commerce integrations, and if we’re designing print collateral, you’ll cover any printing costs.

Yep! Additional pages are £200/page, but note that this may increase the project's timeline.

Short answer: it depends.
If you’re still in your first or second year of business and find yourself experimenting or changing things frequently, you’ll benefit most from gaining a better understanding of your offers, audience, and brand story first before moving forward with custom design.
If you’re unsure, feel free to fill out my project application form anyway. If it looks like we’re a good fit, I’ll set up a discovery call with you!

I offer VIP Design Days, which are awesome because you’re not chained to a monthly payment plan. You can book me only when you need something specific, like additional website updates, new pages for upcoming launches, or something else.
