Bold website design for advocacy consultant, Siobhan Strode
Siobhan Strode is an advocacy consultant and mentor who helps disruptors and organisations create the change they want to see in the world. Siobhan’s big vision is to help women and non-binary folk raise their voices and tell their stories, rocking the boat in a way that feels good to them.
(And when she’s not working on smashing the patriarchy…you can probably find her at the beach with her husband and three sons walking their collie, Strike - I’ve met him and he’s a crazy fluffball).
I’ve known Siobhan for years, but over the last few I’ve watched her slowly shifting her messaging and offers from website copywriting and content strategy into speaking, storytelling and really focusing in on values. Despite leaning into her skills as a campaigner to support women to speak up, she was majorly struggling with a website that didn’t match up with either her credentials or her pivot.
But after working together inside The Catalyst, Siobhan’s now able to showcase her expertise in a way that feels completely aligned to who she is, and doesn’t involve hiding behind a quirky brand title.

Website Design (The Catalyst)
Before we worked together…
Siobhan was talking about her work with an out-dated brand and online presence and using a Google Doc to sell her group programme, This Sister Speaks. She was feeling embarrassed that her old copywriting website was
a) on Wix - an Israeli owned company that doesn’t align with her values at all and
b) no longer an accurate representation of her work. All of which made her feel like an imposter - despite her kickass background! - and she wished that she could have a user-friendly site that people landed on, immediately knew who she was and what she stood for, and could easily choose how they want to work with her.
““The result truly feels like home - everyone I know has been blown away with how “me” it is.””
In The Catalyst, we work on crafting a website that helps you step into your leadership as a changemaker by focusing on the magic of what you do and getting down to the essence of how you support people and - most importantly - your WHY. By doing this, The Catalyst will help you shout about your powerful work with pride instead of cringing or apologising when you tell people about your website.
When Siobhan worked on her website with me, she was able to open up fully about her dreams and bigger vision. She could be her whole self and collaborate with me to create a new website that speaks to clients who give a shit about the world.
Since we launched her new site…
Siobhan has been able to connect with new leads, book workshops in values-aligned communities and speaking opportunities, as well as grow her waitlist for This Sister Speaks.
In Siobhan’s Words:
“During The Catalyst, Dom guided me through a monumental shift in my business, from word witchery into fully owning my experience and vision as siobhanstrode.com. Her calm presence, thoughtful questions, and intuitive UX design made me feel seen, supported, and completely at ease. I genuinely couldn’t have made this leap without her. And the result truly feels like home - everyone I know has been blown away with how "me" it is.”
Curious if The Catalyst would work for you?
You’d be the perfect fit for The Catalyst if…
You’re in the messy middle of growth, and your old site just doesn’t fit anymore. You need a digital home that holds where you’ve been and where you’re going.
You’re brilliant at what you do, but your website is years out of date…and it shows on your face when you tell people about it! You’re ready for a site that reflects your confidence and actually supports your business.
You’re ready to lead, stand out, and show up with a site that says: “I’m here to rock the boat, b*tches”. Good enough isn’t cutting it anymore, you want something dynamic and distinctive, something that’s YOU.
You want clarity, not fluff. No trends for trend’s sake. You want a website that works beautifully, feels like you, and reflects how you show up in the world.
If any of these points sound eerily familiar - I reckon you’re ready to make the most of The Catalyst.
