While she still loved the look and feel of her existing branding, her target audience had shifted from serving individuals (B2C) to organisations (B2B), so the layout and information presented on her website needed to be different to help achieve her goals.
During the course of two VIP Design Days, I reworked the website layout and client journey so it was easier to find her new offerings and book a possibility call. I also supported her by ensuring her new copy was effectively structured, attracting an aligned audience and not losing her brand's feminine rebel power.
